I saw 'Two for the Money'
I went to see Two for the Money (with Al Pacino) yesterday.
The mood of 'Two for the Money' is rather special.

The plot involved the following: After suffering a career-ending injury, a former college football star (McConaughey) aligns himself with one of the most renown bookies (Pacino) in the sports-gambling business.

Director D.J. Caruso did a reasonably amusing job, Rene Russo's performance is rather okay.
If you like this genre you should see 'Two for the Money'.

Interesting read
Electoral shedding -- not a disease affecting poll workers, but a way John McCain could actually become president after an electoral-college tie.

Lifeline
Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals's got a new disc: 'Lifeline', I just bought it.
It's strange that I didn't dig the music earlier. I'll have to investigate Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals further.
Now it always catches me.

'Waiting...'
Last night I went to the movies and saw the movie Waiting....

The story of 'Waiting...' is basically like this. Mitch (Daley), a new employee at Shenanigans, a restaurant known for its impossibly cheery staff, is introduced to "The Game," a competition to be the eatery's top waiter.

'The Fog'
Koen and I went to the movies yesterday and saw the movie The Fog.

In short: A century ago, a ship carrying a leper colony was purposely wrecked by the founders of an isolated Northern California town. Tonight, the ghosts of those who perished years ago seek to exact their revenge.

What are your thoughts on this topic?
